  • We ship Products in Chilltainers with Ice packs to Keep Product Cold.
  • The available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • We Use an overnight shipping service, How ever if Rural this may take longer.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • You can estimate shipping costs in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within North and South Island. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

6. Packaging:

  • We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Most of our Products are vacuum-sealed and packaged in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Some Products are Wrapped on Trays.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date.
